Lord Buddha also preached at Ghritkkoot hill station situated right next to Ratnagiri Mountain. The remains of that place are present on this hill. After the Buddha's Nirvana, the first conference of Buddhist religious leaders took place in the cave of Vaibhargiri hill. The tripartite was a great book on Pali literature in this conference.
There are many places in the path of Rajgir Lord Buddha from Bodh Gaya. Nalanda, Pavpuri, Rajgir and Bodh Gaya are in a link. The World Peace Stupa has been built by the Japanese Buddhist Association.
The Vipulagiri mountain was the capital of Jarasand. The 18-day wrestling between Bhima and Jarasand was here. Jarasandha was killed by Lord Krishna's diplomacy in it. After every 3 years in Rajgir, the Malamas Fair seems to be there. Visitors of the country and the world migrate here and wish to get rid of sin by bathing in hot tubes.

Sacrificial rivers and pilgrimages needed water in Yajna. It is said that on the call of Brahma only water of different pilgrimage was revealed from Agnikkund. In addition to the sacred rivers of Prachi, Saraswati and Vatarni, millions of pilgrims coming here, Brahmakund, Sapdhadhara, Nayasakund, Markandeya Kund, Ganga-Yamuna Kund, Kashidhara Kund, Anant Rishi Kund, Sun Kund, Ram-Lakshman Kund, Sita Kund, Gauri Bathing in the Kund and Nanak Kunds worship Lord Laxmi Narayan Temple.
Rajgir, the capital of ancient heritage, is also visited by tourists from Rajasthan, West Bengal, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Sri Lanka, Thailand, Korea, Japan, China, Burma, Nepal, Bhutan and America and England.
How to Reach Rajgir?
Roads- Bus service is available from Patna, Gaya, Delhi to Rajgir through road transport. In this, the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation provides touristic bus and taxi services for Nalanda and Rajgir from its Patna office. Through this, you can easily reach Rajgir.
Rail route: Direct train services from Patna and Delhi are available for passengers, where passengers can easily reach Rajgir.
Airway- The nearest airport to reach here is Patna, which is about 107 km away.
